Take a pause and reconnect with what you want your future to look like. 🌿 In this creative vision-boarding workshop, we’ll use collage, images, colours, and words to explore intentions for the months ahead. Through a relaxed and guided process, you’ll reflect on your dreams, values, and goals and turn them into a visual board you can keep as a reminder of what you’re moving toward. ✨ The session will be led by Salem Islas-Madlo, a Chicana holistic energy coach and Trauma Care Practitioner who works with creativity, reflection, and intuitive practices to help people reconnect with their inner direction. You don’t need any experience with art or vision boards. This is a space to experiment, reflect, and connect with others in a calm and supportive environment. 🎨 Materials and snacks will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring magazines, photos, or objects you’d like to include or share with the group. Free Event Villa Vida Café is fully wheelchair accessible and has a wheelchair accessible toilet. The event will be hosted in English but you are free to create in any language you want and participants usually come from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Come slow down, get creative, and give shape to your intentions. 🌸
